Construction General Laborer
United Staffing Associates is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for upcoming construction and restoration projects in the Paso Robles area. We are looking for candidates with varying levels of experience, from those just getting started in the industry to experienced laborers looking for their next opportunity.

Job Duties:
- Assist with prepping work areas and gathering necessary tools.
- Assist with general construction and demolition tasks as needed.
- Help remove materials and debris from job sites.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Assist with drywall, flooring, and general repairs
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Assist skilled crew members with various project tasks
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all job-site safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, standing, and moving materials throughout the workday.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and take direction.
- Previous construction, demolition, or restoration experience is a plus but not required.
- Must follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Employment Type:
Full-Time, Temporary; hours may vary depending on project needs.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay:
$16.90–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
