Direct Placement opportunity in Bakersfield, CA. Looking for a paralegal with strong experience in corporate transactions. Duties include: Understanding, analyzing, & tackling complex legal issues; Drafting key legal documents; Managing client documents. Required qualifications: California paralegal certificate/certification and a bachelor’s degree; Familiar with software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
