Customer Service Associate

United Staffing Associates is recruiting on behalf of a client in the tourism and hospitality industry for a part-time Customer Service Associate position located on the beautiful North Coast. In this role, you will be a point of contact for visitors, helping guests feel welcome and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their visit. You will answer questions, assist with purchases, provide general information, and help keep the environment clean, organized, and ready for guests.

Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required. Entry-level applicants with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in working with people are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
        •  Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service
        •  Answer questions and provide general information
        •  Answer incoming phone calls
        •  Assist with routine operations and help ensure guest-facing activities and amenities operate smoothly
        •  Operate a cash register and assist with customer transactions
        •  Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming guest area, including light cleaning and general upkeep as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
        •  Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with the public
        •  Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
        •  Positive attitude and willingness to assist guests
        •  Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
        •  Comfortable learning basic point-of-sale and guest-service procedures
        •  Ability to work scheduled weekends and holidays as needed

Job Type:
Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Part-Time

Schedule:
        •  Approximately 2–3 shifts per week
        •  Eight-hour shifts scheduled between 8:45 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
        •  Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Compensation:
$18.00 per hour
