Injection Molding Process Technician
We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy solving equipment challenges, fine-tuning processes, and seeing the results of your work in a quality finished product, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
This skilled, hands-on role involves setting up and monitoring molding equipment, completing mold changeovers, troubleshooting issues, and making process adjustments that keep production running efficiently. Candidates with compression molding or injection molding experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and monitor molding equipment to support daily production
- Perform mold changeovers and assist with tooling setup
- Troubleshoot molding processes and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs on production equipment
- Monitor product quality and make process adjustments to maintain consistency
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and product quality
- Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and process records
- Read and follow work instructions, technical documentation, and production specifications
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet operational goals
- Follow all safety and quality procedures and assist with other manufacturing projects as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of one year of hands-on compression molding or injection molding experience
- Minimum of one year of industrial maintenance, machine setup, or process technician experience
- Experience performing machine setup, mold changeovers, and process adjustments
- Experience working with production equipment and tooling
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform measurements, calculations, and process adjustments
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documentation
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Full-time, 4/10 schedule
Compensation:
$18–$25 per hour, depending on experience
