Installation & Delivery Assistant
United Staffing Associates is seeking a reliable and hardworking Installation & Delivery Assistant to support the delivery and installation of appliances and other home products. This role involves delivery and installation personnel to ensure products are transported, installed, and set up safely and professionally while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the delivery, loading, unloading, and installation of appliances and home products.
- Safely move products into customers’ homes while protecting property from damage.
- Support installation activities, including setup, basic connections, and removal of old units when applicable.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are maintained in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Complete delivery and installation paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Assist with warehouse duties and product staging as needed.
- Work overtime when required to meet customer and business demands.
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver’s License required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy appliances and equipment (up to 75+ lbs with assistance).
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, or installation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements as applicable.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, and carrying.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 5 days per week including Saturday, with overtime as needed.
