Part-Time Accounting Clerk

Needed in Chino, CA. Duties include: Reviewing invoices & paperwork for accuracy & proper backup; Entering accounts payable details into system with careful data entry; Maintaining vendor files & basic finance assistant records; Using spreadsheets to track items that need follow-up; Communicating professionally while handling confidential information. Required qualifications: Comfortable with accounts payable basics & invoice review; Strong organization skills & attention-to-detail; Clear, respectful communication.
