Production Operators/Assembly (2nd Shift)
A local manufacturing company is seeking 2nd shift Operators. The Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in production.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assembly, Labeling, and Packaging
- Operate production machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions/guide-lines.
- Accurately report safety issues and complete safety training through computer database (ERP System Navision)
- Filling Management
- Operate filling machinery
- Non-Conformity Management
- Manually inspect for non-conformities in raw materials and finished goods
- Product Identification
- Ensure an accuracy of material requests from work orders
- Records Management
- Clearing Management
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
What We're Looking For
- Ability to read, understand, and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Ability to accurately fill out production related documents
- Ability to follow required gown procedure
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to cross-train
- Operating and monitoring machines/assembly line
- Following production processes and safety procedures
- Maintaining quality standards while meeting production goals
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to stop, bend, and kneel as needed
Schedule
Working Hours: Mon-Fri/2:00pm-10:30pm.
Work Environment
Fast-paced assembly line/production setting. Requires adherence to safety standards and PPE (personal protective equipment). Wage: From $19.50 hr. (#6.0918.219 – Wildomar)
