Account Associate Sales

We are seeking a dynamic & results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building & maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, & delivering tailored solutions. Duties include: Developing & maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs; Identifying & pursuing new business opportunities through networking & outreach; Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends & competitor activity; Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality staffing solutions; Managing entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation; Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction & retention; Demonstrating leadership in identifying business opportunities & developing strategies to achieve sales targets; Negotiating contracts & agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships; Conducting warm calling campaigns to generate leads & build robust pipeline; Driving business development initiatives by identifying new markets & industry trends; Analyzing sales data & market insights to optimize sales strategies. Required qualifications: Proven exp. in sales, preferably in technical sales environment; Strong communication & interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational & time management skills; Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset; Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office Suite; Strong ability to communicate effectively & build relationships with clients; Demonstrated skills in negotiation, business development, & sales techniques. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2+ yrs exp. in sales, account management, or staffing preferred. Full-time position. Wage: $28.00-$32.00 hr.
