Duties include: Answering phones; Greeting clients; Completing data entry often in large quantity; Processing deliveries; Filing; Running errands; Providing general office & operations support; Performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications: 2 yrs front office exp.; Strong telephone & email communication skills; Exp. with MS Office Suite & calendar management; Excellent spelling & grammar; Able to multitask with accuracy; Able to follow professional dress code & appearance.
