AR/AP Administrator

Will provide support to Senior Financial Analyst & Sales team to support sale growth, enhance customer services, & support business’ overall health in terms of profitability & cashflow optimization. Duties include: Providing support for daily accounting tasks, & month-end close; Ensuring grower payable is processed timely & accurately, performing weekly & monthly grower payable reconciliations; Confirming sales orders, releasing orders, & generating accurate customer’s sale invoices; Supporting the monitoring of customers’ accounts receivable aging & ensuring timely collection of cash inflow; Maintaining customer information in ERP system to ensure accuracy & completeness of customer information. Required qualifications: 2 yrs exp. in business administration. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent exp. & education) in accounting &/or business administration a plus.
