Assembler

Needed in Carpinteria, CA. The Assembler I position assists in all aspects of the Assembly process to ensure on-time delivery of components that meet company's quality & performance standards. This includes, but is not limited to, a range of routine mechanical &/or electromechanical assembly operations, under well-defined instructions & in accordance with company policy & safety procedures, quality testing, daily performance review in a teamwork environment, problem solving, & participating in a department-wide 5S program. The Assembler I will work under the direct supervision of the Cell Lead & Dept Supervisor in cooperation with other employees as part of a work team as well as individually throughout different production areas of the department. Required qualifications: Basic computer skills; Able to speak, read, & write English fluently. Mon-Fri/6:00am-2:30pm. Wage: $18.50 hr. (#5.1003.212 – Santa Paula)
