Duties include: Reporting directly to Property Manager; Assisting Property Manager with daily operations; Answering phones; Assisting tenants with scheduling maintenance; Receiving tenant notifications; Collecting & processing rent checks; Creating invoices; Showing units to interested prospects; Renewing lease agreements. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs exp. in clerical customer service role; 1+ yrs exp. in similar role. Exp. using Appfolio a plus. Full-time, Temp-To-Hire position. Wage: $20.50-$21.00 hr.
