Call Center Clerk

Needed for Paso Robles manufacturer. Will be assisting customers with orders, troubleshooting logistics, & providing general support. Great position for someone who likes a fast-paced work environment where you wear many hats throughout the day. Duties include: Entering new & updating existing data into multiple programs; Retrieving data as needed; Researching order errors & processing credits; Providing product knowledge; Troubleshooting & resolving customer issues using de-escalation tactics; Documenting all calls in CRM system; Completing required reports for meetings. Required qualifications: Min. 1 yr. exp. in Customer Service; Prior exp. using CRM or ERP Systems; Strong data entry skills & proficient in MS Office; Ability to type at least 45 WPM; Ability to multitask & pivot to different tasks under minimal supervision; Ability to work in deadline-driven environment; Strong attention-to-detail; Ability to work independently; Strong computer skills; Ability to build relationships while making customers feel supported. Bilingual a strong plus. Full-time, Temporary position. Wage: $21.00-$25.00 hr. (#4.0903.201 – Paso Robles)
