A Paso Robles business is seeking a detail-oriented & self-motivated Call Center Clerk to join their team on a temporary, full-time basis. Duties include: Entering & updating customer & order data across multiple systems; Retrieving & analyzing data as needed; Researching & correcting order errors; Processing credits as applicable; Providing accurate product knowledge & support; Troubleshooting & resolving customer concerns using de-escalation techniques; Documenting all customer interactions in CRM system; Assisting with compiling & preparing reports for team meetings. Required qualifications: Min. 1 yr. customer service exp.; Prior exp. using CRM or ERP systems; Strong data entry skills; Proficient in MS Office; Ability to type min. of 45 words per minute; Strong attention-to-detail & ability to work independently; Effective multitasking & time management skills; Ability to work under pressure in deadline-driven environment.
