United Staffing is seeking a dedicated Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients & a key contributor to early case development. In this role, you’ll guide clients through the beginning of their legal journey, conduct in-depth interviews, coordinate essential appointments, collaborate closely with attorneys to evaluate potential cases, & ensure the firm's resources are allocated to cases with strong merits. Duties include: Communicating with clients; Conducting Initial Client Interviews; Conducting case evaluation & documentation; Coordinating teams & managing resources; Educating clients; Conducting follow-ups. Required qualifications: Paralegal certificate; Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work exp.; Previous exp. in legal intake, preferably in a personal injury litigation firm; Strong communication & interpersonal skills; MS Office knowledge.
