Duties include: Answering & addressing customer calls; Preparing & writing correspondence, consistent with parts projects & orders, including spare parts quotes, order acknowledgments, packing lists, & shipping documents; Working with service technicians; Processing parts; Maintaining parts & service data base; Conducting weekly reports; Adhering to & implementing ISO QMS & all company policies & procedures. Required qualifications: Excellent customer service skills; Strong organizational skills & professional conduct; Able to work effectively & support others; Understand basic engineering drawings & technical components; Basic computer skills & knowledge of MS Word & Excel (will be tested). Mon-Fri/7:00am-3:30pm. Wage: $18.00-$20.00 hr. DOE. (#4.0515.121 – Ontario)
