Customer Service Representative

Needed in Corona, CA. Duties include: Providing support for complaints, errors, cancellations, & CSR questions; Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction; Processing orders, emails, & EDI; Communicating with customers & sales representatives; Picking & conducting order fulfillment; Assisting receptionist with front desk coverage & handling multi-phone systems. Required qualifications: 2 yrs manufacturing/distribution exp.; Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel), SAP, & Logistics; Understands distribution & wholesale. Hours/8:00am-5:00pm.
