Needed in Modesto, CA. Duties include: Proactively reaching out to current & prospective customers including Designers, Developers, General Contractors, Fabricators, & Builders to identify sales opportunities; Presenting & demonstrating products to prospective customers, highlighting their unique features & benefits; Utilizing persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales & achieve assigned sales targets; Following up with leads & customers to nurture relationships, address any concerns, & maximize sales opportunities; Maximizing use of Stone Profit System fully by end of 90 days (about 3 months); Identifying & researching potential clients within North Hollywood sales territory; Conducting cold calls, door-to-door visits, & networking events to generate leads; Utilizing various resources & tools to identify & qualify prospects; Establishing relationship with top 25 commercial, multi residential, & fabrication firms by establishing their needs & preferences; Providing excellent customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, & ensuring customer satisfaction; Regularly following up with customers to assess their level of satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, & secure repeat business; Developing deep understanding of company’s products, including their features, specifications, & applications; Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, & competitor offerings to effectively position products & highlight their competitive advantages; Attending industry networking events to stay in-the-know about up-and-coming products, advancements in field, & training techniques; Maintaining accurate & up-to-date customer records, sales activities, & other relevant information using Stone Profit System software & other designated tools; Preparing & delivering customer walk-ins, holds, invoices, & delivery slips for customers & management; Assisting daily with walk-in customers touring facility to find surface that fits their needs; Performing other duties assigned by management; Loading & unloading natural stone, quartz, & solid surfaces (training will be provided); Assuring quantity & quality of materials for sales & transfers; Moving slabs for viewing via forklift; Arranging slabs properly by forklift in warehouse; Maintaining yard & forklift in working order. Required qualifications: Proven exp. in inside sales or related customer-facing role; Clean driving record; Able to pass forklift certification; Proficient in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, & MS Office Suite; Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport & establish trust with customers; Strong negotiation skills & persuasive selling abilities; Goal-oriented mindset with proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; Self-motivated & proactive with ability to work independently & as part of a team; Ability to adapt to changing priorities & work in fast-paced environment; Able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; Able to follow Safety culture. Benefits include 401(k), Health insurance, Vision insurance, & Dental insurance. Expected 40 hrs per week. Tue-Fri/8:00am-5:00pm & every Sat/9:00am-1:00pm. Full-time position. Wage: $20.00 hr.
