Director of Sales & Catering

Position is instrumental in promoting & selling company's catering services, along with guest sleeping rooms, ensuring that clients are satisfied with overall experience, & helping company to achieve its revenue goals. Required qualifications: Min. 2+ yrs hotel management exp. to include event planning, convention sales, banquet management, corporate meetings, & social events; Strong sales background in hospitality industry & familiar with latest trends in catering & event planning to lead your sales staff; Ability to work with minimal supervision, accomplish tasks without direct instruction, & problem solve for best solutions; Detail-oriented, effective communicator; Possess excellent organizational skills in busy environment.
