Event Staff

Will play vital role in ensuring smooth parking operations & delivering positive experience to event attendees on Fri., Oct. 13, 2023, from 4:30pm-8:00pm. Duties include: Directing & guiding vehicles to available parking spaces during events; Greeting & assisting event attendees in friendly & professional manner; Collecting parking fees & issuing receipts when necessary; Maintaining order & ensuring efficient traffic flow within parking area; Providing accurate directions & information to attendees regarding event venues, facilities, & amenities; Collaborating with other event staff & security personnel to ensure safe & organized environment; Assisting with managing lines & queues during peak arrival & departure times; Monitoring parking area for any safety hazards or unauthorized vehicles; Assisting attendees with special needs in finding accessible parking & entering/exiting venue. Required qualifications: Ability to stand for extended periods & work outdoors in various weather conditions; Physically able to walk, stand, & move around parking area as needed. Wage: $16.00 hr.
