Hotel Night Auditor

Night owls, this one’s for you! A well-established hotel in North San Luis Obispo County is looking for a Night Auditor to keep operations running smoothly after hours. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys quiet, independent work, has strong attention-to-detail, & takes pride in providing excellent guest service while managing essential accounting duties. If you’re dependable, organized, & enjoy being the go-to person who ensures everything balances out by morning, we’d love to hear from you. Duties include: Checking in guests, answering phones, & taking reservations; Responding promptly to guest requests, complaints, & emergencies; Reconciling accounts, processing invoices, & posting checks to vendors; Balancing cash drawer & logging receipts accurately; Investigating & resolving out-of-balance accounts; Maintaining accurate financial records & ledgers; Assisting with audits & financial forecasting. Required qualifications: Strong math & problem-solving skills; Excellent customer service & communication abilities; Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask & work independently; Weekend availability required. Previous exp. as Night Auditor or similar hospitality role preferred. 11:00pm-7:30am. Wage: $22.00 hr. (#5.1028.101 – Paso Robles)
