Will perform administrative duties related to operations of human resources office. Duties include: Reporting to HR Generalist; Preparing weekly payroll; Ensuring timecards are correct & complete; Handling NOVAtime subject matter; Troubleshooting system issues & streamlining payroll submission process; Maintaining files for compliance in relation to meal & rest breaks, timecard approvals, missed punches, & other time & attendance matters; Performing customer service functions by answering employee requests & questions; Assisting Safety Professional with scheduling trainings & collecting/tracking completed assignments. Making photocopies; Mailing, scanning, & emailing documents; Performing other clerical functions & other related duties as assigned. Required qualifications: Heavy payroll exp. Full-time position. Wage: $19.00-$21.00 hr. (#4.0319.219 – Wildomar)
