Line Cook

United Staffing Associates is partnering with a reputable hotel in search of an experienced Line Cook. Duties include: Cooking variety of foods using various kitchen equipment; Preparing all dishes following recipe cards & following proper portion sizes; Cleaning & maintaining kitchen sanitization including work surface & equipment; Ensuring meals are prepared with quality & consistency; Assisting with receiving & inventory; Following all food storage guidelines & assisting with organizing fridges, freezers, & storage; Performing all related duties assigned by Chef & Kitchen Manager. Required qualifications: Min. 6 months prior kitchen exp.; Ability to work under pressure in fast- paced kitchen; Team player with good attendance. Fine dining exp. is a strong plus. Prior exp. working in high-volume restaurant is a strong plus. Anticipated schedule is 2:00pm-10:30pm. Must be available weekends & holidays. Wage: $20.00 hr. (#5.0424.101 – Paso Robles)
