Line Cook

Need skilled & reliable Line Cooks to join culinary team at elegant & welcoming restaurant within award-winning hotel property. Duties include: Preparing & cooking variety of high-quality dishes according to restaurant's standards; Maintaining cleanliness & organization of kitchen, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations; Collaborating with kitchen team to execute menu items consistently & efficiently; Assisting in creation & execution of daily specials; Managing prep work, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service; Handling & storing ingredients properly to ensure freshness & food safety; Supporting culinary team with inventory management & kitchen organization. Required qualifications: At least 6 months previous exp. as Line Cook or similar role in high-volume restaurant; Excellent knowledge of cooking methods & equipment; Ability to work in fast-paced environment with strong attention-to-detail & quality; Ability to follow recipes & kitchen operating procedures; Knowledge of food safety & sanitation standards; Strong communication skills & ability to work as part of team; Available to work weekends & holidays.
