Maintenance Tech

Duties include: Completing job requests for apartment complex; Performing light construction work; Plumbing; Painting; Caulking; Conducting drywall repairs; Installing lighting or other fixtures; Completing move-out turnover of apartments; Performing other duties as assigned. Required qualifications: 1+ yrs exp. in property maintenance; Able to lift 50+ lbs.; Available to be on-call 1 weekend & 1 week per month. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire position. Wage: $21.50-$23.00 hr.
