Maintenance Technician

Needed in Santa Paula, CA. Will repair & maintain houses, buildings, structures, & facilities in all locations in Southern Operations area including, but not limited to, construction, remodeling, & paint. Duties include: Maintaining neat work area while in & around tenant housing; Being respectful to tenants & their personal property; Keeping supplies & tools organized, both at work site & in service vehicle; Reporting work order changes immediately to Manager; Preparing & turning in inventory report to Foreman monthly; Performing daily safety checks on all materials & tools used in performance of tasks/duties; Completing all tasks/duties with minimum amount of supervision. Required qualifications: Min. 2 yrs recent exp. 1st shift. Wage: $21.00-$25.00 hr. (#5.0602.112 – Santa Paula)
