Marketplace Associate

The Marketplace Associate plays a key role in supporting & maintaining online sales channels across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, & Newegg. This position is responsible for ensuring product listings are accurate, competitive, & optimized to drive sales performance. Duties include: Managing marketplace listings; Executing pricing updates; Monitoring advertising campaigns; Providing responsive customer service. Required qualifications: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications & familiarity with major e-commerce platforms; Detail-oriented, proactive, & comfortable navigating multiple online systems to ensure consistent marketplace performance & brand representation; Excellent communication & customer service skills; Ability to work collaboratively within dynamic, fast-paced environment.
