Need dependable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with the public. In this dual-purposed role, you will perform customer service & retail sales support at a small gift shop & also help behind-the-scenes, supporting the administrative office with clerical responsibilities. Duties include: Greeting visitors, answering questions, & providing exceptional customer service; Operating POS system & handling transactions with accuracy; Stocking shelves, moving displays, & maintaining clean, organized space; Wrapping, bagging, & restocking merchandise; Making phone calls to follow up on inquiries, supply information, & coordinate scheduling; Coordinating with vendors on marketing materials & merchandise; Drafting emails, organizing files, & supporting general office operations. Required qualifications: Previous exp. with POS systems/cashiering; Good communication & conflict resolution skills; Comfortable with MS Office & general admin duties; Organized, proactive, & detail-focused. English/Spanish bilingual a plus. Shifts are from 9:30am-4:30pm. Weekly scheduling has some flexibility, choosing workdays of Wed-Fri or Thu-Sat. Part-Time position. Wage: $17.00 hr.
