A North SLO County business office is seeking an adaptable, customer-focused professional to join their team as a Project Coordinator. This essential role involves handling a variety of office responsibilities, including clerical tasks & coordinating key project activities such as scheduling & billing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills & deliver an outstanding customer experience while efficiently managing multiple tasks. Duties include: Answering phones & greeting office guests, providing exceptional customer service while gathering & sharing information about products & services; Liaising with clients & internal departments, troubleshooting issues, & managing information flow in client relationships; Assisting with & coordinating various project tasks including communication, quoting, scheduling, tracking deliverables, billing, & providing general administrative support; Supporting accounting department with data entry, invoicing, payment processing, collections, bank deposits, & record maintenance; Handling receiving documents & collaborating with departments to track product receipts & returns; Providing additional support to office management & assisting with general business administration tasks as needed. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs customer service or administrative coordination exp. (Prior scheduling or dispatching exp. preferred); Proficiency with social media platforms & common business software programs such as QuickBooks & MS Office; Strong organizational & problem-solving skills; Excellent written & verbal communication abilities. Anticipated schedule is Mon-Fri/8:00am-4:30pm. Full-time position. Wage: $22.00-$35.00 hr. depending on skills & relevant experience. (#5.0722.101 – Paso Robles)
