Production Supervisor

Duties include: Overseeing & managing production & production employees while ensuring compliance with employment law, safety, quality, & quantity standards; Ensuring daily production set up & shutdowns are done properly & safely; Overseeing daily production workflow & assignments of production employees; Monitoring employee schedules, ensuring there is proper floor coverage & adjusting schedules when necessary; Emailing daily production report with required key performance indicators (KPI) information to management team; Developing processes & procedures for job training &/or safety training; Working closely with Maintenance, Quality Control, Human Resources, & other departments as needed to meet all production needs. Required qualifications: 2 yrs recent exp.; Knowledge of MS Office or related software to complete reports & logs. 2nd shift. Wage: $68,640-$75,000 yr. (#5.0609.108 – Delano)
