Need Project Manager with distribution of 80% field work & 20% office work. Will be responsible for managing luxury residential projects that require significant amount of on-site or field facilitator presence. Duties include: Overseeing projects, from planning & execution to monitoring progress & ensuring successful completion; Performing physical on-site management to coordinate & ensure intricate details are executed according to project plan & specifications; Managing & coordinating field teams including in-house trade crews, outside subcontractors, & laborers; Assigning tasks, providing guidance, & ensuring everyone is working together efficiently; Monitoring quality of work to confirm project standards & specifications are met including addressing any issues or deviations promptly; Managing & allocating resources such as equipment, materials, & labor efficiently to meet project deadlines; Ensuring all on-site activities adhere to safety regulations & guidelines; Implementing safety measures & addressing any safety concerns; Resolving unexpected issues that arise on-site such as logistical challenges, supply shortages, or unforeseen obstacles; Interacting with clients, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, & ensuring satisfaction of work performed; Conducting project planning, budgeting, & cost management, documentation, reporting, communication, risk management, vendor & supplier management; Providing remote support to field teams by addressing questions, providing guidance, & assisting with problem-solving. Required qualifications: At least 10 yrs exp. working hands-on in new residential construction, or construction remodels; Full knowledge of all trades performed; Ability to multitask; Effective communication; Adaptability to manage changing situations. CA State License (Class B), mechanically inclined, or fully knowledgeable with Construction or Engineering degree a plus. Full-time, Temp-to-Hire or possible Direct Hire position.
