Quality Control

Duties include: Performing sample gathering, physical measuring, & chemical analysis tests of all batch products & performing documented inspection of all critical control points of production for conformance to quality & customer specifications (testing includes physical & chemical testing & other lab testing as required for monitoring & analysis purposes); Performing bench-top analysis of critical quality parameters in accordance with SOP’s & control plan; Recording data to assure that in-process samples & finished goods are in compliance with specifications; Performing data entry & record keeping of lab results. At least 1 yr. exp. in food-processing environment preferred. Wage: $16.50+ hr. (#5.0609.208 – Delano)
