Quality Inspector

Needed for manufacturer in Paso Robles, CA. Will play crucial role in ensuring quality & accuracy of manufactured products meet customers’ needs. Duties include: Interpreting & understanding engineering blueprints & specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements; Utilizing variety of gauges, measuring instruments, & precision tools to inspect components including calibration of tools; Leveraging your knowledge to identify & address any discrepancies that may affect product quality; Conducting thorough inspections at various stages of production, from raw materials to finished goods, to identify defects or deviations from quality standards; Maintaining detailed records of inspection results, deviations, & corrective actions taken, ensuring compliance; Working closely with production teams & engineers to communicate quality issues & contribute to continuous improvement; Assisting with training of staff in department. Required qualifications: High school diploma/equivalent; Min. 2 yrs exp. in related field; Strong communication skills; Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Background as a machinist is a strong plus. Wage: $23.00-$30.50 hr. DOE. (#4.0119.101 – Paso Robles)
