United Staffing Associates is partnered with a business in Paso Robles seeking a strong professional to lead efforts in cultivating new business, strengthening client relationships, & supporting revenue growth across multiple market segments. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident working independently, & experienced in managing a broad portfolio of client accounts or group-based projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, & wants to play a key role in a team’s long-term growth strategy. Duties include: Building & maintaining relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments; Identifying new opportunities within group & event-based markets & developing strategies to increase bookings & client engagement; Representing organization at community events, meetings, & industry functions; Handling inquiries, preparing proposals, & maintaining organized schedule of outreach activities; Providing insight to leadership to help refine service offerings & enhance client satisfaction; Collaborating with department heads to support seamless service delivery for contracted business. Required qualifications: Prior exp. overseeing client portfolios, group accounts, or event-related sales (hospitality or related industries a plus); Strong communication skills, both written & verbal; Ability to present confidently to clients, partners, & internal teams; Comfortable using software tools & managing documents, spreadsheets, & presentations; Highly organized with strong follow-through & ability to juggle multiple deadlines; Good judgment, adaptability, & collaborative mindset; Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or events.
