Senior Buyer

Duties include: Leading purchasing activities; Developing sourcing strategies; Providing backup for other agents as needed; Building & executing purchasing plans aligned with sales forecast including seasonal demands & product trends; Negotiating supplier contracts, payment terms, freight terms, & service agreements; Assisting with year-end inventory. Required qualifications: 2+ yrs exp. in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management; Proficiency in MS Word & Excel; Excellent communication & courteous professionalism with vendors, members, customers, & team; Ability to strategize to meet margin targets, product quality, & lead-time requirements.
