Shipping Clerk Dispatcher

Will work in shipping office preparing orders, maintaining spreadsheets, & completing filing tasks. This role requires regular use of MS Excel, Word, & Outlook to communicate with supervisors & support daily operations. Duties include: Answering phones; Providing customer service; Greeting truck drivers as they arrive for pickups or deliveries; Ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately for both incoming & outgoing shipments; Performing light physical activity such as lifting, bending, & scooping when verifying labels, pallets, & orders; Performing additional duties assigned as needed. Bilingual is a plus. 1st & 2nd shift. Wage: $18.00 hr. (#5.1208.212 – Santa Paula)
