United Staffing is partnered with a company working on a temporary project installing solar panels on the ground in Paso Robles, CA. We are seeking hardworking & dedicated individuals to assist with digging trenches, running wiring, & assembling solar panel systems for a project expected to last four weeks. If you enjoy working outdoors & contributing to sustainable energy, this could be a great opportunity for you! Duties include: Assisting with installation of ground-mounted solar panels; Digging trenches for wiring & other infrastructure; Laying & running wire for solar energy systems; Performing physical labor to support installation team; Following safety protocols & project guidelines; Maintaining tools & equipment in good condition. Required qualifications: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, digging, & standing for extended periods; Basic understanding of electrical systems or willingness to learn; Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions; Strong attention-to-detail & commitment to safety; Reliable transportation to & from job site. Previous exp. in construction, landscaping, or solar installation preferred but not required. Mon-Fri/7:30am-4:00pm. Temporary position. Wage: $21.00-$25.00 hr. DOE. (#5.0908.101 – Paso Robles)
