Tasting Room Attendant

United Staffing Associates is thrilled to partner with a renowned family-owned winery celebrated for its warm hospitality & exceptional wines. We’re seeking a personable & energetic Tasting Room Attendant to join their team & help create unforgettable wine experiences for every guest. If you love connecting with people & sharing great wine, we’d love to meet you! Duties include: Greeting & welcoming customers, ensuring friendly & inviting atmosphere; Selling wines, making recommendations, & answering customer questions knowledgeably; Hosting wine tastings & pouring wine flights, sharing detailed insights about each wine; Operating POS system efficiently to handle sales transactions; Maintaining clean & organized tasting room to enhance guest experience; Assisting with inventory management & ensuring tasting room is well-stocked. Required qualifications: At least 21 years of age; Knowledge of wine or strong willingness & ability to learn; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; High energy & enthusiasm for working with public; Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends & holidays. Previous exp. in sales &/or customer service is highly preferred. Tasting room hours range from 10:00am-6:00pm, with shifts generally ranging between hours of 9:30am and 6:00pm. Schedule varies, typically 3-4 days per week, & may include weekends & holidays. Wage: $18.00-$19.00 hr. DOE plus tips/bonus programs. (#5.0807.101 – Paso Robles)
