Weighmaster

Needed in Lindsay, CA. Duties include: Weighing loaded trucks & ticketing outbound sales using NAV system; Receiving & inspecting citrus products using NAV software system; Entering fruit into spreadsheet as well as inventory system; Documenting, making copies, emailing, scanning, & filing paperwork; Shipping & making bill of ladings; Prioritizing safety, then quality, followed by production; Ensuring safe work environment for self & others at all times; Communicating timely & effectively with Sales staff; Assisting customers in identifying needed product & amount; Establishing win-win relationships with haulers to provide best transportation services; Maintaining or improving order entry systems & procedures to provide on-time delivery & effective communication with customers & employees; Assisting administrative staff with any clerical duties; Ensuring all work areas, including scale house, are clean, tidy, & organized at all times; Performing other duties as time permits or as assigned. Required qualifications: High school diploma/equivalent; Computer literate & able to demonstrate competency in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint; Willing to obtain weigh license; Able to perform basic math computations; Knowledge of products & industry terminology; Safety-oriented & exhibit safe work habits; Punctual & reliable (good attendance required); Good verbal & listening communication skills; Detail-oriented; Team player; Positive, courteous, & helpful approach; Self-motivated & eager to learn new skills; Willing to work overtime & weekends as needed; Able to pass pre-employment physical/drug/alcohol test; Basic reading & writing English skills.
