Winery Operations Assistant

United Staffing Associates is working with a fast-paced winery located in Paso Robles, seeking a detail-oriented & highly organized Winery Operations Assistant to support their operations team through wine harvest season. This is a key role that helps keep production & inventory processes running smoothly, providing essential administrative & systems-based support. In this position, you'll work closely with operational staff to ensure accurate documentation, track inventory, & conduct system reporting. Ideal candidates will have strong data entry skills, be comfortable working with business software, & possess an interest in the wine industry. Duties include: Managing & updating records related to production activity & inventory within company ERP systems; Monitoring chemical & supply inventory levels, ensuring records are current & replenishments are tracked; Conducting routine inventory checks & assisting with cycle counts; Supporting bottling & shipping documentation, reconciling production data for compliance & internal reporting; Assisting with inbound/outbound logistics tracking, comparing records across systems for accuracy; Participating in monthly financial close activities by providing timely & accurate data; Contributing to auditing & record-keeping during harvest season; Performing various administrative tasks including supply coordination & office support functions; Collaborating with team members to identify & test system updates or improvements as needed. Required qualifications: Proficiency in MS Excel & general comfort working within ERP or data management systems; High attention-to-detail & structured, organized approach to work; Strong communication skills (both written & verbal); Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting time-sensitive deadlines; Comfortable working independently or as part of small team. Previous exp. in winery or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required. Mon-Fri/7:00am-3:30pm. Seasonal, Full-time position. Wage: $20.00-$24.00 hr. (#5.1001.101 – Paso Robles)
